All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products and the importance of maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality, all sales of lash supplies and tools are considered final. This policy ensures that you receive only brand-new and unused products, meeting the highest industry standards.

Unopened and Unused Items: We understand that sometimes circumstances may change. While all sales are final, we do accept returns or exchanges only in the rare event that you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order, providing images and a description of the issue.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a lash supply or tool that is defective or damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund. To process the request, we may require images of the damaged item, the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Exclusions: Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with. All products must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for consideration. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or damage.
